How computer hard disk recovery works?

Hard disk, like all mechanical devices of computer, eventually break down. Common hard disk problems include:

Human errors
Software errors
Hard disk platter failures
Hard disk electronics failures

Human Errors - Human error factors include everything from "oops, When we accidentally click delete" to overwriting files, moving them around, formatting over important files and so forth. Basically, lot of data loss is cause of human error and it is one of the most common error because of the users' lack of computer skills and impatience.

Software errors – Software errors factor include when we writing software data to the wrong part of the hard disk.

Hard disk platter failures - Hard disk platter failures factor include in bad sectors which are seen as inaccessible data sectors during reading/writing operation. The main cause of hard disk platter failure is due to wear and tear of platter surface, head crash, tracking errors and manufacturing defects.

Serious hard disk platter failures can cause of hard disk arm failures. In these cases, the hard disk platters are being scratched. Your important data is being scratched right off the surface of the hard disk platters! You can often hear this damage occurring. These failures are very expensive or not possible to recover by even data recovery specialist.

Hard disk electronics failures - Hard disk electronics failures factor include when a hard disk physically fails, and sometimes the mechanical parts of the hard disk remain undamaged. For instance, if the hard disk is subject to discharge of static electricity or a power surge.

The Solution to
Hard Disk Recovery.
You need to follow below mentioned steps in order to recover from the failure:

1.Power down the computer as soon as possible
2.Segregate the hard disk from the system
3.Install a new hard disk
4.Pack the failed hard disk in anti-static and anti-shock material and dispatch it to a trusted company providing
Data Recovery Services.

A Hard Disk Recovery company aim to repair and recover all possible data from a physically crashed hard disk by the use of proprietary tools and advanced recovery techniques
Find Article, these companies are able to recover the hard disk failure in all cases

EMOTIONAL EATING

What Triggers the Feeding Frenzy?
By Steve B. Reed, L.P.C., L.M.F.T.

Nita is an expert at losing weight. She has lost the same 50 pounds over and over again. She has tried all the fad diets, diet pills and diet centers. She is on a weight gain/loss roller coaster. Each time she goes through the cycle of dieting, she gains a little more weight than she loses. At 270 pounds, she fears that she is gaining on 300. Ironically, that fear also contributes to her eating binges.

Nita, like many people, is an emotional eater. Food is no longer simply fuel for her body. It has become her drug of choice, her friend, companion, comfort and distraction from the unpleasant emotional experiences of daily life. At some point she discovered that eating helps to medicate her pain. That association between eating and easing her emotions gets reinforced daily.

There are many different triggers that can send a person into a feeding frenzy. For Nita, loneliness is a common trigger. Having been raised in a family that says "I love you" with food, eating has become associated with love. Now when Nita feels lonely, she feeds her hungry heart. A big meal feels like a warm letter from home. It's the easiest way to fill her emptiness.

Julie, at 135 pounds, is only 10 pounds over weight but she too is an emotional eater. Her eating is triggered mainly by stress. As a customer service representative who deals with angry people all day, she soothes her frayed nerves with comfort foods. Ann's critical, demanding boss sends her through the roof and to the candy machine to choke back her anger with something sweet.

Susan's nemesis is fear. Her biggest fear keeps her big. As an adolescent she was raped several times. The trauma of these experiences lead her to believe that it isn't safe to appear attractive. Weighing an extra 80 pounds, she feels more solid and secure. She also eludes male attention which feels threatening to her. Any attempt at reducing her size is sabotaged by the size of her fear. Being within 30 pounds of her goal weight triggers her subconscious need for protection.

Patricia eats when she's depressed or bored. Appetite suppressants and antidepressants can mask her problems for a while. Eventually, however, she comes face to face with not liking herself and the way she lives her life. Jane has difficulty dealing with her marital problems. Conflict with her husband triggers a fight or flight to food response.

For these people, emotional eating and the resulting weight gain is a symptom of deeper issues. Each issue has certain triggers that we can track to the root cause of the problem. When people deal with the causes, interventions can be designed to create positive change. A therapist who has experience with emotional eaters can help them resolve underlying traumas using Quick REMAP & the REMAP process and develop better coping skills to manage stress. There are new treatments available that can make this work easier than ever before. By treating the causes of emotional eating there is hope for breaking the cycle of self-defeating behavior, reducing unwanted weight and living a healthier life.

LOVE ADDICTION

Are You Caught in the Trap of an Addictive Relationship?

By Steve B. Reed, L.P.C., L.M.F.T.

Love addiction effects more people than you might think. Terri has been in and out of a relationship with Jack for 15 years. However, Jack always has other women. Sometimes he has several sexual relationships going at once. Jack is a sex addict. Terri, a love addict, is addicted to Jack.

Beth is a rageaholic. For the last 18 months, she and Tim have been breaking up for a week or two but then getting back together until the next blow-up. Tim's friends cannot understand why he keeps going back for more. What they don't understand is that Tim is addicted to Beth.

Most people do not understand love addiction or know how to identify it, but there are recognizable roles, underlying emotions and a common cycle of behavior that you can learn to spot. Here is what to look for.

The Roles in Addictive Relationships
There are two roles. The first role is the Love Addict who has an addiction to someone who has another primary addiction. The second role is the Addict. Like Jack or Beth in our examples, the Addict has an addiction to something such as alcohol, drugs, sex, work, raging, etc.

The Underlying Emotions in Addictive Relationships
The Love Addict has an overwhelming fear of abandonment but underneath there is also a fear of intimacy.
The Addict is terrified of being controlled, smothered or engulfed but has an underlying fear of abandonment.

A Common Cycle of Behavior in Addictive Relationships
Pia Mellody, in her books and tapes on love addiction, identifies the following pattern in the cycle of addictive relationships. There are several steps in the pattern. Like a dance, this pattern begins, progresses and ends but then begins again. This cycle can last for years if not interrupted by treatment.

The Love Addict:

The Addict:

Step1

Is attracted to the adulation and power of the AddictIs attracted to the neediness and vulnerability of the Love Addict and begins to feel safe and wanted

Step2

Gets high from their fantasy about the Addict

Experiences relief from their sense of being alone, incomplete and not mattering

Creates more fantasy and begins to feel safe, complete and valued

Seduces the Love Addict

Gets high from hooking the Love Addict into the relationship

Gets high from the adulation of the Love Addict

Step3

Becomes more needy and worries about the Addicts preoccupation with their addiction

Denies their early feelings of abandonment

Sees increasing evidence of abandonment which causes their denial to crumble

Begins to be overwhelmed by the neediness of the Love Addict

Begins to engage more in their addiction

Feels more controlled by the Love Addict and needs to get away

Step4

Feels hurt, fear, jealousy, anger and/or shame as the Addict withdraws
Abandons the Love Addict by engaging in their own addiction in order to lessen their fear of control and engulfment

Step5

Begins to obsess about the Addict and plans to get relief from their withdrawal symptoms by
1) engaging in some other addiction
2) planning how to get the Addict back, or
3) planning to get even
then acts their plan out compulsively
Feels guilt and/or fear about abandoning the Love Addict

Step6

Gets to start the cycle over if the Addict notices and returns to the relationship with another seduction or waits for a new Addict in order to start a new Step 1Returns to seduce the Love Addict out of fear of their own abandonment or guilt about addiction or moves on to seduce another Love Addict. Returns to Step 1

Hope for Change in Addictive Relationships
Whether someone has an addiction to a substance, an activity or another person, they are attempting to medicate or distract themselves from the emotional pain of their life. It is through courageously facing and ultimately resolving their underlying pain that people can finally free themselves from an addictive relationship cycle.

Often the underlying pain that people seek to avoid or find distraction from is so painful and overwhelming that traditional talk therapy is not helpful. In such cases, what can help are specific treatments designed to relieve emotional trauma.

Since 1992, emerging and evolving treatments are making the job of easing intense emotional pain possible. Treatments that research and clinical experience prove powerful enough to eliminate the pain of traumatic events include Quick REMAP, the REMAP process, EFT and EMDR. Easing this type of pain allows us to change an underlying and driving dynamic in love addiction.

Although it will require professional help, love addicts can change and they can replace their addictive patterns with a healthier version of love. They can learn to say good-by to love addiction.

Steve B. Reed, LPC, LMSW, LMFT is a psychotherapist that helps people overcome the cycle of love addiction. His practice is in the Dallas area but he provides phone counseling worldwide. You can reach Steve at 972-997-9955 or through his website at www.psychotherapy-center.com

Then we grabbed a cup of coffee and hot chocolate. After shopping all the stuffs for our family members in Malaysia, we're about to leave this town and spent the nights in our beloved home in LANGLEE, GALASHIELS. What a day. The Bio History of Michael Joseph Jackson began when he was born on the

29th of August 1958 in Gary, Indiana. He was the 7th of nine children. (brothers: Sigmund "Jackie", Toriano "Tito",Jermaine, Marlon, Steven "Randy", and sistersRebbie, Janet andLa-Toya Jackson.

Michael began his musical career at the age of 5 as the lead singer of the Jackson 5 who formed in 1964. In these early years theJackson 5, Jackie, Jermaine, Tito, Marlon and lead singer Michael played local clubs and bars in Gary Indiana and moving further afield as there talents grew and they could compete in bigger competitions. From these early days Michael would be at the same clubs as big talented stars of there days, such as Jackie Wilson and would be learning from them even back then.

In 1968 the Bobby Taylor and The Vancouver discovered the Jackson five and from there they got an audition for Berry Gordy of Motown Records. The Jackson 5 signed for Motown and moved to California. Their first 4 singles, "I Want You Back", "ABC", "The Love You Save", and "I'll Be There" all made US No1 hits. The Jackson 5 recorded 14 albums and Michael recorded 4 solo albums with Motown.

The Jackson 5 stayed with Motown until 1976, wanting more artistic freedom they felt they had to move on and signed up with Epic. The group name Jackson 5 had to be changed as it was owned by Motown, so they reverted to The Jacksons as they had be known in the early days. Brother Jermaine married Berry Gordy's daughter and stayed with Motown. Youngest brother Randy joined in his place. The Jacksons had a number of hit records and in total made 6 albums between the years of 1976 and 1984.

Michael teamed up with Quincey Jones as his producer for his first solo album with Epic Records. The album titled "Off The Wall" was a big success around the world and the first ever album to release a record breaking 4 No1 singles in the US.

In 1982 Michael Jackson released the world's largest selling album of all time,'Thriller'. This album produced 7 hit singles, breaking yet again more records, and went on to sell over 50 million copies worldwide. Michael was keen to use music video or short films as he called them to promote his singles from the album. He worked with the best directors and producers, using the latest technology and special effects for the hit song 'Billie Jean' The short film 'Thriller' used the latest make-up artists technolgy combined with fantastic dancing and cherography, to produce a 14 minute video, with a start, a middle and an ending. So successful was this video that 'The Making Of Michael Jackson's Thriller' became the world's largest selling home video combined with soaring album sales. In 1983 Michael performed the now legendary moonwalk for the first time on the 'Motown 25 years' anniversary show. This performance alone set Michael undoubtable into the realm of a superstar.

In 1984 Michael won a record breaking 8 Grammy awards in one night. The awards were for his work on the 'Thriller' album and his work on the narrative for the 'ET Storybook'.

On December 9th 1984 at the last concert of the Jackson's Victory Tour, Michael announced he was splitting from the group and going solo.

In 1987 Michael released his much awaited third solo album, titled 'Bad', and lauched his record breaking first solo world tour. 1988, Michael wrote his first autobiography, Moonwalk, talking for the first time on his childhood and his career. At the end of the 1980s Michael was named 'Artist Of The Decade' for his success off of his 'Thriller' and 'Bad' albums.

In 1991 Michael signed with Sony Music the largest ever recording contract and released his fourth solo album, 'Dangerous'. He toured world again in 1992, taking his concerts to countries that had never before been visited by a pop/rock artist. Also Michael founded the 'Heal the World Foundation' to help improve the lives of children across the world.

In 1994 Michael married Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of rock legend Elvis Presley. The marriage only lasted for 19 months, as they divorced in 1996.

1995 saw Michael release a fifth solo album, 'HIStory', which was a double album, first half new material and second half half greatest hits. Michael toured again over a legs covering a 2 year period. In between legs of the tour on November 14th 1996, Michael married for his second time to Debbie Rowe who was a nurse that Michael had met in the treatment of his skin pigment disorder. Together they had their first child Prince Michael Joseph Jackson jr born on February 13 1997 and a daughter Paris Michael Katherine Jackson born on April 3rd 1998.

Michael then reunited with all of his brothers and performed there biggest hits. Michael then went onto perform solo some of his biggest hits.

In October 2001 Michael released the album 'Invincible' releasing only 2 singles including the big hit "You Rock My World". Shortly after the albums release there were rumours of a rift with Sony Music and a clear lack of promotion of the album. The second single "Cry" was released with a very poor music video which did not feature Michael and no other singles were released.
